If I could pick one word to describe my experience buying a house with the help of my realtor Luis Torres from The Military Group, I would have to choose “Professional”. Buying a house is a huge step in life but it comes with a lot of stressors. Those stressors were quickly alleviated by the professionalism and attention to detail Luis showed with every tasked that came up. He kept me informed, he made sure I was taken care of, and overall treated my wife and I with the upmost respect. When I was in search of a realtor, I was hit with promises left and right and honestly something about that never sat right with me. Luis kept it real with me and spoke with integrity and honesty. He explain every situation the way it was. That’s something I believe should be valued when looking for a realtor and it’s something I would suggest to anyone who’s looking into buying a home. Overall the process from start to finish was smooth thanks to Luis and I could never thank him enough for the job he did! Thanks to Luis, my wife and I were able to buy our dream house and finally secure a place we can call ours! Katie was absolutely amazing! As soon as I sent her the first listing we wanted to see, she got us in to see it, we talked about everything we wanted in a home and what we wanted to spend and she found it! 2 weeks after signing on with Katie, we were under contract. Third time trying to buy a house and when we got the right realtor, she made it happen! I was told I would be paired with the team’s top agent and he definitely lived up to the title. Kendrick, despite having other clients to attend to, was always responsive and communicative. He was attentive and accommodating, having to work around my schedule. He stood up for me and kept my best interest in mind when a hiccup occurred with a sales agent, he was available for a late evening contract signing, and we came up with a plan of action when I discovered I’d be out of the country near closing. He was friendly and professional, he never once made me feel pressured or that I was a bother to him even when I felt like I was probably the most picky client on the planet lol. It really was a smooth process and I’ll be keeping Kendrick & The Military Group in my contacts for future endeavors.
